Up for sale is a Scarce Barr Note in Crisp uncirculated condition series 1963B and a Bicentennial Series 1976 Two Dollar Bill both in excellent condition. Part of an extensive private collection, we only have one set like this available. Joseph Walker Barr was the US Treasury Secretary from December 21 1968 to January 20 1969 during the Lyndon Johnson Presidency. Barr held the shortest term of any Treasury Secretary.
