The series consisted of 5 books taking place in different cities in Canada. They were produced under the direction of Canadian Association of Police Chiefs interested in the subject of bicycle and road safety. It also promoted anti-drugs.
Double Trouble Vol 1 Issue 2 takes place in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Issued 1990 in VG condition.
Hit and Run Vol 1 Issue 3 takes place in Toronto Ontario and starts at a Blue Jays game. Issued in 1991 and in G condition.
Dead Ball Vol 1 Issue 5 takes place in Montreal during a Montreal Expo game. Issued in 1993 in VG condition.
