We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our retail team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them find products, answering questions, processing purchases, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
Provide product information and help customers make informed purchases
Process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
Handle returns, exchanges, and resolve customer concerns promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
Restock shelves and assist in inventory management
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
Requirements
Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
