2 out of the 3 functions work with the control but the 3rd function can be manually used and I can show you how to do it. But generally we have it set up so the head and feet can be raised or lowered. To raise or lower the whole bed you have to do it manually but you can set it and forget it or switch the controls to suit you maybe the whole bed up/down is more important to you. You will need a helper and a vehicle (van or pickup truck) to move this. We used a Grand Caravan initially. Since its FREE there will be absolutely no delivery option. You may need tools to make transporting this easier for you. It is located near Bramalea and Balmoral.
