Custom made, two love seats, one chair and one storage ottoman. Top grain leather on seating surfaces, split grain on sides and back. 17 months old, very light use. Colour "Bedford Vanilla".
One love seat has had only very occasional use, the other very light use. Ottoman is in new condition.
Cost new: over $8500 sale price.

Ottoman: 30x23x17 inches
Seat height: 20 inches
Seat depth: 23 inches

Frames are kiln dried solid wood with L brace glued corner blocks, with no-sag seating base.
Back cushions are foam filled and attached
Seat cushions (removable and interchangeable) pocket springs, foam and goose down and feather.

We are selling because we want something even more compact.
