Morning Hiking Group for Depression (Etobicoke Creek & Surrounding Areas)

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for having a look at my posting. I'm hoping to start a morning hiking group (approximately 9:30 start time) for people who are trying to get out of a depression. Mornings tend to be the hardest time for depression, so this group can motivate us to get out of the house and into nature, which is very good for depression.

This group is open to people of all ages fitness levels.
