Hiring Full Time Office Administrator (Mississauga)

• Reception duties – answer phone calls, confirm appointments, greet clients/walk-ins
• Supplies – maintenance of photocopier and related supplies, maintenance of office supplies
• Agent activities – booking of open houses, preparation of feature sheets, photocopying and filing of all listings & legal documents
• Help with duties such as typing, draft letters and other documents
• Ensuring all paperwork is forwarded to the appropriate parties
• Managing & scheduling support staff

Criteria
• Experience required - 0 to 1 year
• Excellent customer service and people skills;
• Excellent organization and computer skills;
• Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills;
• Must possess strong attention to details and accuracy with numbers;
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a very busy, fast-paced office setting
