Experienced bookkeeper with knowledge of New Views accounting software.
Responsibilities include: Post journal entries, Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, Prepare trial balance of books, Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, Reconcile accounts, Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
• Must be proficient in NewViews accounting software (min 1 year of experience)
• Min 2 year of experience in government remittances (HST, payroll withholdings)
• Min 2 year in AP/AR/collections
