This is a long shot, but am looking for Workout Partner/Trainer to help me get to 250 lbs. I'm at 230 lbs., right now. Experienced Lifter here. Just need someone to 'push' me to get to my goal. I just joined University of Toronto Athletics. There are a couple of Gyms to work out in. Also play Hockey and Football here. Am an older Adult, 5'-11". Been active most of my life.
