I (F, middle-aged/old journalist) want to get back into running, but in a leisurely way. Haven't done it for many years, and would like to make it a semi-regular thing again. (Not looking for gym/treadmill situation- want to run outdoors/nature/community.)
Anyone other females out there who are new to running, or would simply like to give it a go? For starters - short distances, and no great expectations! Mostly early mornings, possibly some afternoons (no evenings).
(I'm in the Parkdale area - Queen/Dufferin/Roncy etc.) and looking for others in this area.
