This is a private and cozy completely furnished basement apartment in the beach. It is on a cul-de-sac south of Queen St. about a minute walk from the beach and the boardwalk.

The bedroom is in an open concept space, the kitchen has an oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, and coffee press. Off it are double glass doors which allows for plenty of sunlight. The doors walk out to a private patio with table and chairs. The living room area has a fold-out futon, a dining table with two chairs, a flat screen TV with Apple TV, Netflix and Apple+ available.
Short term rentals are available. Cats and small dogs are fine.
The location is on one of the most sought-after and secluded streets in the trendy Beach neighbourhood. It is less than a minute walk to Queen St. where you will find everything you need: Grocery stores, boutique shopping, restaurants and bars, pubs, cafés and "The Fox Theater" (an historic repertoire movie theater).
Note: There is no on-site laundry but there is a great solar-powered laundromat less than a 4 minute walk away.
