Looking for a roommate to join me in my 2-bedroom house in Cabbagetown. Move-in is September 1st (flexible for August if needed)!
🏡 THE HOUSE
You’ll get a bright, unfurnished bedroom in a charming 2-bedroom home with hardwood floors, a cozy living space, and a full kitchen and bathroom (shared). The place has lots of natural light and feels very homey — perfect for someone who enjoys a quiet, clean environment.
There’s in-unit laundry, and the house is steps away from parks, cafés, transit, and everything else you might need. It’s a great spot if you want to live somewhere central but peaceful.
💸 RENT: $1450/month + hydro & wifi (shared separately)
📍 LOCATION: Cabbagetown (central, beautiful, and full of character!)
📆 MOVE-IN DATE: Sept 1 (or anytime in August)
📝 TERM: Looking for someone long-term — ideally 1 year
🚫 PARKING: No parking included
♿ ACCESSIBILITY: The house has a small set of stairs at the entrance and a full flight to the laundry, so it may not be suitable for someone with mobility concerns. No elevator access. Not a scent-free home.

Hey! I’m Cole — a working professional in my early 30s. I’m in-office 4 days a week, and keep things pretty low key at home. I don’t host a ton, and I really value a calm, clean space to come back to. I’m respectful, tidy, and looking for someone who’s the same.
