- 900 sqft space, with high 11-12ft tall ceiling. Part of a newly-renovated antique building with a few other units attached. There's a shared yard/patio, but we get this entire unit to ourselves.
- Unit has 2 bedrooms and a sunny, spacious living room. Also features a large eat in kitchen and a 5 piece bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet, and bidet. Bedroom comes unfurnished but common areas are furnished and kitchen has necessary utilities (microwave, toaster, etc.)

About me:
I am a graduate student at the University of Toronto, soon graduating, looking for a responsible roommate to share this space with me and my dog. My schedule is pretty busy, so I'll be spending a fair bit of time to myself or working on my research. That being said, I'd love to create a friendly, welcoming home and work together to build a positive roommate dynamic.
In my free time, I like to read, cycle, and cook. I'm more than happy to share meals with roommates as well. It's important to me that we have an open and honest relationship, and are able to problem-solve maturely and proactively. I also value cleanliness and a fair distribution of responsibilities, so I'd like to set up a chore calendar or other way to coordinate that.
