The base is all solid oak
The Bust form is hard plastic with a stretch knit cover
This bust form can be adjustable & raised and lowered to desired height
At lowest the height is approx 32" tall and can be raised to approx 43" tall
This is perfect to display scarves, jewelry, shawls
Not tall enough for dresses or gowns unless you place it on a round table
