This is a community of over 40 artists in three buildings. This Parkdale studio location has 10 artists in an adjacent space. Be part of setting up a new studio perfect for you.
This artists' paradise is hidden in an oasis of green on Cowan at Queen west behind the Parkdale library. Down the street from Curry's art supplies and the Gladstone, across the street from the Tempered Room French Café with fresh parisienne croissants!!! Vintage stores and international restaurants on Queens street. Farmers' Market in park across the street in the summer. Walk to the lake.
24/7, wifi, kitchen, slop sink etc. Outdoor working area. Rentable exhibition and workshop spaces. Covid safe practices in place. Studios accessible in Covid times.
You can have any size studio you want starting with 50 square feet. Special price for first people taking the space. 100 square feet $380 (regularly $420) , 50 square feet $190 (regularly $220). 200 square feet $730 (regularly $800) plus hst.
