Set up includes: truss rod adjust, check/adjust neck angle and alignment, adjust nut, saddle and bridge heights, set intonation, reseat high frets, check and clean electronics, tighten all fasteners, restring, clean/polish/oil, tune, etc.

Cost is $45 per hour labour, parts and strings extra, but most work is done for a quoted price rather than an hourly rate.
