Small-medium projects are suitable for my skill/experience level, & also because it is just 1-person doing this.
This is done buy-&-sell-website style loose-&-fast, in the sense that there is no paperwork/contracts, etc.

I am an ‘Architectural Technologist’.
For years I was employed, & worked in-office, by/at architectural, interior design, structural engineering, & skatepark design (similar to landscape architecture) companies.
I am Building Code knowledgeable/versed, & have a PDF copy to refer to.

I am not a full-on Interior Designer who does stuff down-to-the small-details like...selecting the appliances, plumbing fixtures, choosing all of the materials, colours, etc. I include this because I have worked in an interior design office as a drafter, & am familiar with that style (line-types/symbols etc) of drafting.

I am not a Structural Engineer. I am not trained or licensed to be selecting the appropriate/strong-enough beam, column, etc, sizes, to handle certain loads/weight. I include this because I have worked in a structural engineering office as a drafter, & am familiar with that style (line-types/symbols, etc) of drafting.

- Teaching / Lessons / Help
I can give online/virtual lessons on how to use AutoCAD or SketchUp. I've got AutoCAD 75%(rough estimate) mastered. SketchUp, 50% mastered. I can teach a lot, fast. Show you the best way to do things. Give you fast, on-the-spot answers & feedback. A better way to learn than watching Youtube videos.
Let's use TeamViewer, a free screen-sharing computer-program. With TeamViewer, both people can be looking @ 1-person's screen (yours or mine) simultaneously, talk to each-other, & control-&-use the cursor.
Just using our phones for the talking-to-each-other-part is the easiest I have found. With the program already installed https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/teamviewer-automatic-download/ by both of us, we start by phone-calling each other, & I can guide you on how to start the screen-sharing. Start a timer once it's all set up & working.
$20/hr.
A minimum of 2-hours of lessons is required to be prepaid, prior to starting a 1st-lesson.

HOW THIS WORKS / MY TERMS / PAYMENT SYSTEM

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Digital money transfer, for everything.

Hourly is the only way I feel comfortable doing this, /am-willing to do this.

* This is not a scam. There is an honest, reasonable person on the other end of this ad, ready to work/draft. I keep honest hours & work as fast as I can. I don't start an hour-timer until I've sat down, have your project/drawing open, & are beginning to start working on it. *

Without any initial-payment, on good-faith I'm willing to start working on your project, up to $100 worth of hours/work. Will send you progress-updates every few days. Progress-updates in the form of screenshots, showing where your drawings are @ presently, & my hours($$) so far. Keeping us both in-the-loop, & accountable. The screenshots are lower-quality visually, as to not be sufficient-enough in quality for people to just print & use those & not pay me. When my work-hours hit one of the payment benchmarks (see next paragraph), I'll send an invoice/payment-request (invoice template shown at the very-end/bottom of this document) the latest screenshots showing the completed drawings. I'll then request all unpaid hours be paid. When a payment is requested, work on your project will pause if not received within 2-days. Every time you pay, I will give you a copy of all of the computer files related to your project @ their current state. The computer files being…the exported multi-page PDF-file of the drawings, as well as the AutoCAD/SketchUp file (in case you need it later).

The next paragraph applies mainly to longer-running architectural-drafting projects.
I would like to be paid intermittently as the project goes on, & not just 1-lump-sum @ the end. This is for my payment-security type reasons. When the hours/bill gets to the ~$100 mark, I will show you what I have done so far, & request to be paid that. After that, I want to be paid @ ~$200 intervals.
This is what I mean:
-When the total hours/bill gets to $100, $100 will need to be paid. (A smaller, early/initial payment, to show me you are serious about this & will be paying your bills.)
-When the total hours/bill gets to $300, $200 more will need to be paid.
-When the total hours/bill gets to $600, $300 more will need to be paid.

This is a visually lower-quality preview of how the PDF looks. The actual PDF-file version will be superior visually. High-resolution, sharp linework & text. Zoom far-in & the linework/text will still not begin-to-appear fuzzy.
For speed, there will be extra width/black on the image’s sides. That won’t be there on the final-product.
