Slight fraying around edges of outside hardcover, slight loosening to spinal binding, but all still very much intact. Glued label inscription on first page inside cover. Some foxing on various pages throughout book, not inconsistent with what one would expect from a book of this age. There are a half dozen or so scattered handwritten notations throughout the book. A small number of photographic images are contained within the text showing a couple of table setting variations, and a home economics student in uniform. There are also some diagrams in the meat section.
