Original, Vintage Folk Art, Hand Carved Wooden Bird Sculpture with Orange & Black Glass Eyes, with Nice Dark Patina, Indicative of its age, 9.7” L x 6 1/4”H x 3 1/2” D, in very good condition, with slice underneath beak missing, probably deliberately done on the artist's part to thin out beak, & only seen if turned upside down, & natural imperfections in the wood.
The carving possibly depicts a Green Heron, a water bird found in North America, & elsewhere.
