And some sweet live historical mountain-dulcimer music to accompany it ~*~ (Wed. Oct. 9)
That's the unique Montgomery's Inn farmers' market, located at this charming 1840s-era inn operated as a museum (at Dundas W. + Islington).
Market every Wednesday, year-round from 2 - 6 pm (and during market days, tours of Montgomery's Inn are free).
Market features fresh-baked bread from the Inn's wood-fired oven, fresh local and organic produce, meat, cheese, ready-to-eat meals and special snacks, including specialty cookies.

Local live music every week - and on Wed. Oct. 9, it's the sweet sounds of the mountain dulcimer. A lovely 19th-century Appalachian-American instrument, it also reflects many cultures around the world.
Market continues every Wed. 2 - 6 pm outdoors - and inside in later fall + winter!!
