Volunteers needed for a one day event (Toronto Downtown)

WHAT IS HOMELESS CONNECT TORONTO?
Homeless Connect Toronto is an annual one-day event that delivers a variety of essential services to people experiencing homelessness in Toronto. A one-stop shop; our one-day event provides services such as haircuts, foot care, vision, housing, clothing drive, hot meals, and many more!

We expect to receive over 800 guests at our event, and we need over 300 volunteers to make sure things run smoothly. If you are passionate about being part of the solution to end homelessness in Toronto, volunteering at Homeless Connect Toronto is a great way to get involved.

EVENT DETAILS

Event Date: Sunday, October 27th, 2019
Location: Mattamy Athletic Centre at Ryerson University
Volunteer shifts: 9:30am-1:30pm OR 9:30am-4:30pm
Volunteer Orientation *Mandatory for new volunteers*: Saturday, October 20th, 2018 (10am-12pm OR 2pm-4pm)
