This role is an often fast-paced, customer service based role assisting current students both over the phone, and in person with their music lessons, registering new students, and doing follow up phone calls, all with the help of scripts. It is a full-time position with around 37.5 hours per week, including one day on the weekends. Other tasks involve database entry, cleaning, communicating with teachers, staff and interacting with customers.
Weekly Work Schedule (37.5 hrs/wk):
Shifts will be split between both academies. The schedule may be subject to change depending on business needs.
This is a front desk position, and we provide lots of training. You do not need to know anything about music or be able to play an instrument. This position is ideal for anyone with a fast-paced customer service background such as Starbucks, a veterinarian assistant, or a high-end restaurant. It is perfect for someone who LOVES people, has a confident, lively phone personality, and would love showing enthusiasm for making a difference in the lives of our students. :) You should also feel comfortable multi-tasking, keeping up with lots of details, managing a fast-paced environment, working independently/alone, and have great phone skills. As we communicate with our students often by phone, we're looking for that GOLDEN VOICE, that sounds amazing on the phone with a great tone and excitement for our customers. If anyone has told you that your voice should be on the radio, we're looking for you!

We pride ourselves on being Toronto's happiest music school with over 30 music teachers, and 6 full-time front desk staff.
