FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION: For sale is a 24-foot classic 1981 Winnebago with low 80k odometer on a 460-motor. 2 new front tires installed in December and driven to another location in north Pickering. Spacious interior with basic necessities of a real home comfort. Drivable but may require some TLC to get it back to specs and integrity it was once, but the investment will be rewarded many folds over acquiring this rather rare find jewel that will take you places in style like no other.
We all need to get away from hectic city-life every once-in-a-while thus this is your ticket to realizing your bucket-list adventure. Perhaps contemplating of expanding your office space or just simply create your private man-cave, this is a cool alternative to free-up your home living-quarters and escape into your fully bonafide vintage Winnebago apartment on-the-go just steps away from your urban abode or in a cottage somewhere but with less distraction.
There’s a shower, fridge, oven, plenty of cabinets, dining area, pull-down bed sleeps maybe 4 etc as expected in full scale 24-ft motorhome appear fine. The generator is relatively new as well but hasn’t been used for sometime and may also need to be checked wiring to get it started. The brake lights stay-on all the time hence battery terminal is disconnected.
For the purpose of disclosure, here are what I observed. There’s an obvious trace of roof leaks but I have patched all possible water leaks. The door lock needs repair or replacement but opens and closes fine with a slight learning-curve.
I was thinking of restoring this classic Winnebego myself but too inundated with so much projects and may not happen. Currently being used as a storage facility but when sold, I’ll empty it before the scheduled pick-up in Ajax.
Once this beauty is restored back to its glory days, it’ll be an investment worth its weight in gold! particularly for someone impacted by the volatile housing crisis, this may be your dwelling contingency plan. They don’t make it like this anymore and the new one will certainly translate to small mortgage.
Just started it up recently since the fuel tank ran out and drives as expected. Once sold and transferred ownership, it is buyer’s responsibility and discretion to operate with proper permit. I suggest if you tow it to your destined location just to be safe because after all it’s a small house not a Hyundai pony😊but it’s totally your call.

On that note, it’s being sold in “AS IS” described condition. Cash is king and I’m open to serious offer or trade for high-end vintage Hi-Fi audio, interesting electronics or professional Dj/pa gear, GM Safari/Astro mini-van. I’m also in-search of empty garage, unfinished basement, abandoned space, haunted house or what have you for storage purposes to rent, buy or potentially entrepreneurial partnership.
