I am looking for a reasonably priced personal trainer for regular workouts in my building. I prefer morning workouts.
I am in excellent shape, train very hard and currently workout 6 days a week. I have been working with a trainer for the last few months in Colorado, have good weight lifting form. I am now moving back to Toronto and want to keep the momentum going. I am looking for someone who will push me that extra 10%.
I do best with ppl who are intense, have a good work ethic, *are punctual* and are passionate about weight training.
