Our semestered, asynchronous curriculum, flexible structure, and dedicated support help students excel academically while pursuing the demands of competitive training and competition.

Position Overview
As Curriculum & Assessment Coordinator, you will play a central role in designing and updating asynchronous courses, ensuring compliance with Ministry and NCAA requirements, and supporting student success in a focused, performance-driven academic setting. This position specializes in curriculum development, assessment planning, student mentorship, and diligent record-keeping—without routine classroom supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Design and update asynchronous Ontario curriculum and NCAA-approved core courses (English, Math, Science, Social Science) for a semestered high school program.
Develop engaging course materials, online learning modules, and assessments; maintain comprehensive Ministry documentation.
Oversee academic standards and ensure ongoing compliance for high school and post-grad students.
Maintain records for credit tracking, report cards, transcripts, and required regulatory uploads (SIS, OnSIS, OUAC/OCAS).
Provide personalized academic planning, guidance counseling, and mentorship for students pursuing university, athletic scholarships, and SAT/college pathways.
Lead preparations for Ministry inspections and accreditation reviews.
Communicate proactively with parents/guardians about student academic progress and school events.
Collaborate closely with the Student Success staff to monitor and support individual student progress.
Qualifications
Ontario Certified Teacher.
Experience with asynchronous course development and secondary curriculum (including English, Math, Science, Social Science) preferred.
Comprehensive understanding of Ontario and NCAA academic standards.
Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
Commitment to supporting elite student-athletes.
Work experience in summer camps is considered an asset.
