For anyone who knows anything about turntables, one would know that this is one of the best turntables ever built by legendary Thorens.
This particular turntable is extra special though.
It has been completely serviced and setup by audio guru, Chris Bridge.
He is one of the very top names in the hifi business.
The turntable has been upgraded with a trully gorgeous one of a kind custom plinth!
The bottom has been outfitted with thick Finish birch that reduces the noise floor and makes it more stable and dead quite.
The internal bearing is in top notch condition and has recently been lubricated.
Both the cartridge and the belt are only one year old and have hundreds of hours of use left on them.
The table has been used very little in the last year, not more than 20 hours, as I switched to digital streamer source.
The included cartridge is the highly desirable Ortofon Blue, which is a perfect match for this turntable.
All in all, this a rear opportunity to own a one of a kind example of best Swiss/German engineering that is customized and setup to the very top of its potential.
