Yoga Mamas has partnered with registered reflexology therapist Janet Williams to create a beautiful 4 week workshop where parents can bond with baby and learn natural healing methods you can integrate into every day routines with baby.
First class – Introduction to Reflexology
An introduction to Reflexology therapy, how it works, its benefits, who and what it can help. Learn five everyday reflexology techniques you can use on your baby for the immune system, calming the baby and balancing the systems of the body.
Second class – Sleep and calming techniques
Learn five everyday reflexology techniques to relax and calm the baby and prepare them for a nap or sleep. Learn the area of the ear to help with motion sickness.
Third class – Digestion
Learn some reflexology techniques to help with gas, reflux, colic and constipation, also some relaxation techniques.
Fourth class – Coughs, colds, allergies
Learn some reflexology techniques to help with colds, allergies, sinus and chest infections, teething and earache.
Babies are extremely sensitive to touch and respond very quickly when there is pressure applied to reflex points in their feet. Most parents do not want to introduce their baby to strong medications, but need to have some tools to help with things like colic, constipation, colds, coughs etc. Reflexology is an effective and harmless treatment you can use to give your baby (and yourself) some relief.
