Le Baratin is a French bistro located in Brocton village and has been serving brunch for over 10 years.
We're looking for someone energetic, people oriented and with a proactive "doer" attitude.
The candidate must:
* Be "smart Serve"
* Available most of the weekends
* Be able to prepare and handle coffee orders (espresso, cappuccino, macchiato, latte, etc...)
* Have at least 2 years experience in a similar environment.
==> Speaking French would be a bonus.
The position requires (non-exhaustive):
Opening (9am) setting up the dining room, welcoming guests, taking orders, preparing hot drinks and cocktails, managing "order to go" through Door Dash platform, keep the room clean at all time, handling the cash out and closing the day shift.
