Catering Chef With Pastry Capabilities. Minimum 3 years experience.
Great opportunity for a highly motivated and creative chef to be a part of something special, in a good working environment.
We are a 10 year old catering company opening a brand new location with a kitchen and storefront market, offering fresh homemade breakfast items, baked goods, sandwiches, salads, grab-and-go and a hot table.
Some daily menu items will include:
Fresh baked goods
Fresh homemade pastries
Breakfast & lunch sandwiches
Hot table for lunch and dinner items
We would like our chef to take this assortment and add his or her own ideas and flair here.
Must be HANDS ON, cooking on-site daily with a small team.
Responsible for all catering events, menus, market menus, pantry offerings, as well as operation of the kitchen.
This person will be monitoring food costs, placing orders, keeping inventory, filling orders as needed, and running the B.O.H.

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
