Tabule Restaurant Group is currently looking for a highly motivated and driven individual for the position Restaurant Manager.

A multifaceted role, General Manager oversees the daily operations of the restaurant. Focusing on staff training, management of labour, cost of goods and maintaining good customer service and public relations within the community. The Restaurant Manager will be involved in all aspects of the restaurant.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Planning, organizing and evaluating restaurant operations
Creating staff schedules as per business forecasts to ensure budgeted labour costs
Develop FOH staff by ensuring regular one on one's, training and development, coaching and performance evaluations
Monitor inventory costs and levels to ensure budgeted costs
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and staff
Effectively administer company policies, service standards and procedures
Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant during service

Skills & Qualifications:

2 year's experience in a restaurant as a restaurant Manager
Strong customer service background and communication skills
Ability to learn and bring 'out of box' ideas to the team
Self-starter with the ability to motivate
Genuine enthusiasm and tendency to serving people to ensure WOW factor
Demonstrates strong problem solving skills through the ability to analyze and implement solutions
Ability to work flexible hours, days, nights and weekends
High level of business acumen
