We are currently seeking an experienced, passionate, and polished Fine Dining Server to join our team and deliver memorable experiences for our guests.
We are looking for a skilled server with at least 5 years of fine-dining experience to oversee and elevate the guest experience. The ideal candidate blends technical expertise with a collaborative spirit.
>Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
>Provide attentive, personalized service, demonstrating a graceful table-side manner and maintaining an unobtrusive yet attentive approach.
>Read the table and gauge guests' moods to pace service perfectly, ensuring every need is met.
>Pay close attention to detail when setting tables, clearing courses, and accommodating specific guest preferences.
>Communicate effectively with the kitchen and dining room staff to ensure synchronized, seamless service.
>Understanding of wine varietals, regions, and food pairings. (Certification or relevant coursework is highly regarded).
>Ability to handle complex situations, large parties, and busy shifts calmly and professionally.
>A collaborative and positive attitude, willing to support fellow team members during peak service hours.
>Strong communication with the kitchen, bar, and other floor staff to ensure seamless, synchronized service.
>Warm, engaging, and excellent communicator with a natural ability to connect with people.
>High standard of personal grooming, graceful table-side manner, and an unobtrusive yet attentive service style.
>Italian language skills and an appreciation for Italian culinary traditions are considered strong assets.
>Must be available for evening and weekend shifts as required by restaurant operations.
