Evolution, Trillium Series Type 2 Carbon Black Walker, 6" Wheels, Seat Height 21", Handle Height 33" (adjustable). I added "slow down breaks" for an extra $150, a great safety feature which prevents the walker from getting away from the patient. Excellent condition, works perfectly. Paid about $500 new in total.
