I am an active woman with physical disability who lives in my own home. I require a professional, organized, dependable, caring woman to assist me with Attendant Care in my home and community.
I require someone who lives or works in downtown Toronto. I live near the Union Station and King St. E. Subway station.
This is a part-time position. Training is provided, and the hours are regular.
The duties include all aspects of personal care, housekeeping, meal prep, and sometimes grocery shopping/errands.
Compensation is $25 an hour. 4% Vacation and Public Holiday pay.
The hours available are weekend mornings, Saturdays, and Sundays. A maximum of 3.5 hours starting at 7 am.
Afternoon/ evening shifts may also become available; the start time is negotiable, and the maximum number of hours is 2. Additional hours may become available on occasion during other shifts.
Qualifications include: experience assisting adults with physical disabilities and the duties outlined above. Also, a police Criminal Reference Check for Vulnerable Persons must be presented if called in for an interview.
Assets: Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in PSW, Nursing, First Aid, a Certificate, a Diploma, or a Degree.
