Looking for a responsible, professional Administrator / Receptionist with minimum of 2 years experience in all aspects of the Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) field.
Familiar with Antibex / Universal software
Knowledge of the FSCO & SABS rules and regulations.
Capabilities with respect to Billing (Insurance co.'s, Telus Health - EHC and WSIB) along with
Account Receivables (Collections)
Responsibilities include and not limited to:
- Front desk duties, answering telephone, booking patient appointments, co coordinating patient transportation (if applicable)
- Communicating professionally and providing information to Legal and Insurance offices
- Filing, Photocopying, Scanning and Faxing
- Preparation of clinic weekly attendance reports to management
- Preparation of Stat Decs - Preparation of Clinical Notes
