I am seeking a new home. Preferably on the first floor of a house or the first floor of a condo may work. A gate house would also work. No pets or smoking (allergies). Ensuite laundry and heating/ac with no shared air. I am mature, quiet, respectful with an excellent credit rating and references. If you have something, please don't send me a messsage saying "I have something, call me". I would prefer to know what you have and where it is.
