I am a self employed mobile massage therapist who provides professional services at clients’ residences throughout the Greater Toronto Area. As an independent contractor, my income is deposited directly into my bank account rather than being paid through a traditional payroll system.
I can comfortably afford rent of up to $2,000 per month. I do not have guarantor. To support my application, I am able to provide bank statements demonstrating consistent income, proof of funds, government-issued identification, and any additional documentation required to verify my financial stability and ability to meet my rental obligations.
If possible, I would appreciate seeing photos of the apartment and receiving any additional details about the unit.
