2 Senior Canadian men have lost their home to fire this week (Toronto (centre))

2 Canadian men each living on pension (OAS) this past week
lost their affordable housing in central Toronto to fire.
(Fire was caused by a lithium battery explosion from a neighbor's
e-bike)

We are now being temporarily taken care of by the Canadian Red Cross'
Personal Disaster Relief Service.

We are reaching out to the kindhearted people of the city of Toronto
to help us please find a replacement for the affordable housing that
we tragically lost this past week. somewhere in the centre of the city hopefully,
because that area is where we have been living our lives over the years.
One of the men was at the location destroyed by fire for 15 years, and the other
resided there for 12 years in a shared living space.
We are both hoping to find a replacement residence where we can continue to share
the living space, and hoping God help us that a kind-hearted Torontonian will
see this ad and reach out with a helping hand.
It has been a very tragic and stressful experience for both men, but especially
for the 82 year old man (the other is 67) who doesn't need this kind of stress
along with his medical problems
During a long tenacy at the previous address we both paid our rent on time
every month we were there, we are both clean and quiet tenants who get along well
with others, and neither of us drinks or smokes.
So please, please please, is there someone out there who can help these 2 older men?
Thankyou so much for reading our add!
