-Graniteware is made by fusing porcelain to a steel core at 1500-degree F. The steel core provides strength and even heat distribution while the porcelain surface is inert and naturally nonstick. Porcelain is all natural and will not alter the colour, taste or nutritional value of your food.
-A classic design, this is the typical enamelware roaster that everyone’s mom or grandmother has and is a great vintage cooking piece.
-Graniteware Roasters have been a part of the American Kitchen for nearly 150 years. Made in Indiana in a family owned factory; it is the original speckled cookware and lasts for many, many generations.

Exterior dimensions: 17.5” long x 12.50” wide x 8” high including handle, 5” without. Interior dimensions: 15” x 10.75” x 4”.
