URGENT: Minor Roofing Repair / Patching Job (3-Storey Building) (King St E & Parliament, in Corktown, Toronto)

Repair Location: The repairs need to be completed in 2 areas of shingle roofing:
(i) a small area of 2nd floor roof that is flat and easily accessible and (ii) on a 3rd floor roof that sloped, but easily accessible from a flat roof immediately next to the sloped roof. So a roofing ladder or scaffolding should not be needed as it is possible to access all the roof areas of the both the 2nd and 3rd floor from a flat roof.
Temporary Repair: The roof is going to be raised and entirely replaced in the spring, so these are just temporary repairs that we need to get done to stop the immediate leaks with a weather-tight temporary repair to prevent water damage through the winter.
- 3rd Floor Roof Hole Repairs: Two localized holes on a sloped shingle roof -- we need to prevent rain from leaking in and also prevent rodents like rats, squirrels and racoons from entering via the holes
- 3rd Floor Roof Shingle/Leak Repairs: There are several locations where shingles have fallen off the roof or are old, these need to be replaced to prevent the water from getting in
- 2nd Floor Roof Leak Repair: There is also another leak in a small area of flat roof roof between the 2nd floor roof and the front & back of the 3rd floor
- Clean-Up: Per the attached photos, we should also clean-up the rain gutter and sweep of the flat roof areas to remove fallen leaves.
Timing: We are aiming to complete the work over the next week before the coldest of the winter weather arrives
