I moved to PGH and rode this Canadian bike there in 2017. It has been stored in a garage since the end of 2018 collecting dust. The import process to bring into the US is painful as I'd have to trailer it to Canada, register and insure, then bring it in, and then drive it to Texas where I now live.
I know a company that could likely trailer it to the US border for a few hundred dollars, or you could drive to Pittsburgh yourself. It was last registered in Alberta.
It has saddle bags as well. When we parked it, it was in awesome condition, well maintained, lady driven. I expect you'd have to change the liquids and put in a new battery.
