Our client, a leader in industrial electronic manufacturing, is seeking a Line Operator to join their team. As a Line Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, assisting in assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Line Operator

Location: Concord, ON

Pay Rate: $18.15

Shift: Afternoon shift initially, with potential transition to day shift after approximately one year

What's the Job?

• Assemble products using guided procedures, including computer and robot-assisted methods
• Perform product testing at designated stations to ensure quality standards
• Package finished goods efficiently and accurately
• Follow detailed manufacturing instructions after receiving training
• Work across all three areas: assembly, testing, and packing to support production goals

What's Needed?

• Preferred: approximately 2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing, ideally in electronics or automotive sectors
• Acceptable: entry-level candidates with electronics diploma/degree, co-op/internship experience, or international manufacturing experience
• High school candidates must have prior manufacturing experience
• Nice-to-have skills include soldering and familiarity with SAP manufacturing/inventory software
• Willingness to travel for training (~1.5 hours each way, fully paid)
