I have a number and account with Canadian provider SpeakOut. It used to be pay-by-use, but that was with the 3G network and they're upgrading to a 4G network and a pay-by-month ($19) service.

The upgraded network requires a new SIM, and they'll mail you one for a small fee, or you can pick up one at a 7-11. But I'm out of the country, so I can't get one, so I thought I'd try to sell my account here. It has $22.40 on the account. I'd sell it for $20. Speakout is also offering the first month of service for free, so you get two months off the bat.

Let me know if you're interested. I can change the name on the account and give you the password. You can buy an Amazon gift card and give me the number and PIN if you want the exchange to be completely anonymous.
