Looking for a 'charming' lead guitarist for a new found grunge band (Toronto)

The title is pretty self exlanatory. We are looking for a lead guitarist who is 'charming'.
We are newly found, based in Downtown Toronto, and consist of 3 piece right now; Guitar/Vocal, Bass, Drums. Currently working on some cover songs from bands like Alice in Chains, Audioslave, Stone Temple Pilots, Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, etc. currently. As we click and get used to each other, we will start working on originals.
We are looking to get together every 2 weeks to jam. The summer goal is to aggressively build a setlist consisting of high octane 90s/00s grunge songs and some high octane originals. Sooner we play solid, sooner we start playing gigs.
Anyone is invited to reach out. We don't care how old are you or what your sexual orientation, how long is your hair, if you have a mustache or not; as long as we vibe and play well together.
