Charismatic Receptionist / Office Admin (Toronto)

A fun, trendy agency is seeking a full-time Receptionist / Office Admin to join their team in Toronto, to work alongside another Receptionist / Office Admin.

Job Status: Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday

Location: King & Bathurst

Compensation: $35k plus benefits, vacation

Job Duties:

- Act as the first point of contact in a professional office environment for incoming customers

- Provide professional responses to incoming company emails and provide information to customers in person

- Respond to incoming phone calls on a multi-line phone system daily

- Assist in office administration and upkeep

- Manage boardrooms and meetings

- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, such as filing, photocopying, etc.

Job Requirements:

- 1+ years of previous experience in a Receptionist/Office Admin role

- Must be able to multi-task in a high volume work environment

- Excellent and clear communication skills, written and verbals

- Must pass criminal history check
