Hiya, my name is Lauren! I’m a dedicated dog walker and pet care professional with 15+ years of working with pets. On a daily basis I serve up to Long Branch station, New Toronto, Mimico, up to Humber Loop station and the southern parts of The Kingsway + Islington. This is my full time job, and I work year round. I walk multiple dogs on a daily basis, one at a time, and up to 30 services per week. I’ve been a pet owner my entire life and have shared my home with three wonderful pups. Right now, I live with my 8-year-old Labrador Retriever, Lucy. She is the Queen of the house, and she absolutely knows it 👑.I have cared for other animals as well including hamsters, fish, rabbits and guinea pigs. I love animals and animals love me!I graduated from the Bachelor’s of Film and Media Production program in Oct. of 2024, and I am now working with animals full time. ADVENTURE HIKES ARE ALMOST HERE✨🥳
Adventure Hikes are 2.5-hour, one-on-one outings designed to give dogs extended physical exercise, mental enrichment, and safe exploration in natural environments.
Each hike includes:
• Individualized pacing and enrichment
• Long-line (30ft) exploration for freedom with safety • Exposure to new sights, sounds, people, and dogs in a controlled, handler-guided way
• Calm disengagement and neutrality practice when encountering other dogs
• Transport, supervision, and thoughtful route selectionDogs remain on leash at all times. Adventure Hikes are ideal for dogs who benefit from enrichment beyond neighborhood walks without the overwhelm of group settings.
Rate: $70 flat rate, per hike. Discounted rates for weekly and Bi weekly hikes.
Availability: Limited seasonal slots (mid-April to mid-October)
🎒 What I Bring to Every Visit: For every service I provide, I carry a fully stocked backpack so I’m prepared for anything your pet may need.
This includes:
• An official Red Cross First Aid Kit for dogs and cats
• An emergency leash and extra harnesses in case of a collar slip
• Cold water and a portable bowl
•A cooling jacket or bandana for hot days
• Pet-safe sunscreen for sensitive paws and nosesI take safety extremely seriously, and I’m always thinking one step ahead.

🔍 Attentive Care & Detailed Updates:

📋 Clear Instructions & Client Binder:For insurance and safety purposes, I require written instructions before starting care. This can be shared by email, Google Drive, or even a handwritten note.I also carry a client binder with me at all times, stored in my backpack.
It includes:
• Allergies or medical concerns
• Leash and safety notes (ex. reactivity or pulling)
• Food + treat preferences
• Vet contact information for quick reference
This keeps everything organized and accessible so I never have to scroll through message threads in an emergency.

🚑 In Case of Emergency:I don’t drive, but please rest assured, if your pet ever needs emergency vet care, I will call a pet Uber immediately.We will not rely on public transit in an emergency situation.Your pet’s safety always comes first.

About My Services
House Sitting: $45/per night, flat rate
This price reflects not being at your home 24/7, I am out for many hours throughout the day. I make it a huge priority to come check in on the pups in my care every 4-5hrs; provide walks, fill up water and have human interaction
Babysitting: $65/flat rate requested time.
offered as an evening service, usually 6pm to 11pm. Only on Friday and Saturday nights. This is a service dedicated to pups with social anxiety, or puppies, staying with your pup for the whole time that is requested.
