ABOUT THE SPACE:
This is a large two-floor apartment in a spacious townhouse in the annex. There is an ensuite washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, lots of storage and a private outdoor patio in the apartment. The apartment is a corner unit with lots of sun on a tree-lined street, close to several grocery stores and parks.
The bedroom has a large south facing window, a deep well-lit closet and more than enough room for a bed, dresser, desk and chair, etc.
There is a furnished living room with LOTS of extra storage, TV, several consoles mood lighting and entrance to the rooftop patio.
I'm a friendly, thoughtful roommate who likes a clean apartment, but isn't a fuss about it. I currently work from home due to COVID and offer COVID-conscious home (anti-maskers need not apply).
I have a cat. She is shy at first, but very spunky.
We will make our own home space dynamic together, though I do like home to be a place where we can potentially be social together, but also each have our alone time.
