I'm renting my room at 212 Barton Ave.
I'm trying to find someone creative, respectful, clean and nice to share.
The room is in the basement with 2 roommates, young creative guys.
You would be sharing one bathroom, one kitchen with 2 others. They are really quiet and clean, nice guys.
The room is medium size, it is 12 x 10 ft with 8 foot high ceilings.
You would be renting from the landlord as I am moving.
The rent is 630$ and signing a year lease is preferred by the landlord (who does not live in the house).
The location of the house is 9/10 ... it faces Christie Pits park, so you can basically walk outside with your flipflops and walk your dog.
It's a block or 2 walk from as many grocery stores and restaurants that you could want, unless you only want French fine dining, then you would have to commute.
There is also a backyard for you to use however you want, there's a firepit and you can make fires or bbq if you like.
It is available Feb 1st, but can move in sooner if desired.
