The room is in a basement with a West-facing window (so it receives plenty of natural light), and has a large, spacious closet.
A fully renovated bathroom and spare room (shared/common space) are also in the basement, as well as a very large storage room.
We’re two guys in our early 30’s looking for a responsible and tidy 3rd person to take the basement room in our 3 floor unit. We both work in the service industry and are generally laid back. There’s also 2 friendly cats that live here, so anyone allergic to cats need not apply.
We have laundry on-site and a large garden/patio area in our backyard, and we’re only a 5 minute walk from a Metro grocery store, vegetable markets, transit stops, great restaurants etc.
$850 all utilities included (except internet which would be an additional $30)
