Hi! Im looking for a roommate to join me in one of the most beautiful condos in the city....in my opinion = ) It's the corner unit on the penthouse floor (19th) of a quiet, clean and friendly building. There are floor to ceiling windows throughout the entire place and we are facing west so you get to see these gorgeous sunsets every evening. There are also no buildings blocking the view of the entire Toronto city skyline. Theres 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Total rent, not including hydro and internet is $2700. You would pay $1250 and we split the internet and hydro down the middle. We also have a parking spot in the underground garage, a rack to store 2 bikes and a storage locker. Other amenities include a Gym and a great outdoor common area with BBQ's that can be reserved and each unit gets a small garden space to grow flowers, vegetables, etc...
As for myself, I'm a very friendly, easy going person. Im clean, quiet and respectful of others space and property, what more could you ask for! Lol!
The apartment is pretty much furnished. All the furniture in the common areas is mine and will be staying, that said if you have some cool stuff you think the place could use we can definitely try and fit it in.
