Additional Information: *No pets, No couples* The house is located in the heart of Chinatown, close to OCAD/AGO and minutes from Kensington Market (seriously, you can’t beat the location and price). The room is on the ground floor of an old Victorian home with high ceilings and access to a cute little backyard. You will be living with two women in their mid 20s – Jaedie works in film and television and I just finished my masters at U of T. Typically we have varying schedules and do our own thing, but we do like to hangout and have family dinners when we’re all free! Note that the apartment does not have a living room, and laundry (laundromat in Kensington), which seems to be standard for Victorian rentals in this neighbourhood. COVID safety is very important to us and we need someone who is taking the government regulations and guidelines seriously and is willing to communicate openly as these change. We don’t generally welcome guests into the apartment because of this. * If you are interested, please send me a message telling me a little about yourself! We will be arranging video calls for us to get to know each other before hosting any in person viewings*
